BNP AI - Payment Terms and Policy

1. Payment Methods

BNP AI uses secure third-party payment processors to handle all payments made through the platform

Accepted methods may include:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard)
  • Debit Cards (Indian and International)
  • UPI / Net Banking (where supported by our payment partners)

BNP AI does not store your full card or banking information. All sensitive details are processed directly by the payment provider.

2. Payment Basics

  • Upfront Payment: BNP AI operates on a prepaid credit system. You, the user, must purchase credits in advance before using paid features. Credits are deducted automatically based on the services you use.
  • Service Activation Your credits, features, and usage access become active only after successful payment confirmation from our payment processor
  • Right to Refuse: BNP AI reserves the right to refuse access, suspend usage, or decline specific requests if the content is illegal, abusive, harmful, or violates our Terms of Service.

3. Credit Purchases & Usage

BNP AI uses a credit-based system to access paid features.

  • You may purchase credit packages inside the platform (where available).
  • Different tools and features consume different numbers of credits.
  • Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
  • BNP AI may revise credit pricing or consumption rates with prior notice where required.

4. Currency Conversion Costs

If the payment is made in foreign currency, the user is/are responsible for:

  • Exchange rate differences
  • International transaction charges
  • Conversion fees applied by your bank or card issuer

BNP AI has no control over these charges and cannot refund them.

5. Taxes

  • All applicable taxes (GST, VAT, international taxes, etc.) will be charged as required by law
  • You, the user, are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or charges applied by your bank, region, or government

6. Refund Policy

BNP AI follows a strict no-refund policy, except in the limited cases detailed below. Refunds are never automatic, every request must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed by the BNP AI team before a decision is made.

Full Refund

A full refund may be issued only if BNP AI is unable to activate your purchased credits or provide access to the platform due to a confirmed system-side failure.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

  • There is a documented technical issue on BNP AI’s side that prevents the platform from functioning as intended.
  • A refund is mutually agreed upon after reviewing the user’s written request and supporting information.
  • BNP AI fails to process the request or generate output due to a confirmed system-side failure.

All partial refunds remain at BNP AI’s discretion

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided under any of the following conditions:

  • 30% or more of the purchased credits have been used.
  • Refunds cannot be given just because the user is unhappy with the result if the platform worked as intended.
  • The user fails to respond to BNP AI or report the issue within 14 days of the relevant transaction or communication.
  • The issue arises due to user error, incorrect inputs, unsupported files, or misuse of the platform.

Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, the user must:

  • Send a written email to info@bricksnpixels.ai within 14 days of encountering the issue.
  • Provide clear details, including screenshots, logs, order information, and any relevant evidence.

BNP AI will review the request, inspect the reported issue, and may request additional information if required.

BNP AI holds full discretion to approve or deny the refund request.

In either case, BNP AI will provide a written explanation to the user regarding the outcome.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund request is approved:

  • Refund initiation: 3–5 working days.
  • Amount reflection in user account: 5–7 working days (depending on bank/payment processor).

Fraud, Disputes & Chargebacks

If a payment is disputed or a chargeback is initiated, the user must notify BNP AI within 7 days.

BNP AI may temporarily suspend the account while investigating.

If the chargeback is found invalid, BNP AI may seek recovery of funds or restrict future access to the Service.

7. Task Closure

If BNP AI communicates outputs, updates, or status messages and the user does not respond within 14 days, the usage is considered completed and closed.

Once closed, refunds will not apply.

8. Currency & Refund Amount

Refunds will be issued in the same currency used during the purchase whenever possible.

BNP AI is not responsible for currency fluctuations, conversion losses, or processing fees applied by banks or payment providers.
